  2. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of property information, and potential tenants are encouraged to independently verify all critical details before signing lease agreements.
  • All rental offers are subject to availability and approval by Delview Fifteen and/or the property owners.

4. Rental Agreements and Tenant Obligations

  1. Tenants must abide by the terms of their signed lease agreements, including payment schedules, maintenance responsibilities, and compliance with community rules.
  2. Failure to make rental payments or breaches of lease conditions may result in penalties, eviction proceedings, and legal action.
  • Any disputes regarding rental agreements must be resolved through the mechanisms outlined in the signed lease.

5. Payments, Fees, and Charges

  1. Rental payments must be made as per the terms of the lease agreement.
  2. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges as stipulated in the rental agreement.
  • Any additional fees, including but not limited to maintenance costs, security deposits, and utility charges, will be outlined in individual lease agreements.
  1. Failure to pay outstanding amounts may result in legal action, reporting to credit bureaus, and referral to the Rental Housing Tribunal, where the full legal process will be followed.

  1. Delview Fifteen is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

7. Maintenance and Repairs

  1. Tenants must promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to Delview Fifteen.
  2. Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, while damage caused by tenant negligence must be repaired at the tenant’s expense.
  • Unauthorized modifications or structural changes to rental properties are prohibited without written consent from Delview Fifteen.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Delview Fifteen respects the privacy of all users and processes personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  2. Personal data collected through our services will only be used for rental management, payment processing, and legal compliance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
